Another highlight
of our employee Seyedsajad Mortazavian
December 03, 2024
Congratulations and well done to the whole team.
Just last month, our Seyedsajad was named the best foundry mechanic in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. But that's not all: With his excellent results and top marks in this year's final examination, he has now also managed to be named the best foundry mechanic in Germany. We are extremely proud of you, Seyedsajad, and that we were able to accompany and support you on this extremely successful and impressive journey!
Once again, we warmly congratulate you on this outstanding achievement and exceptional honor. We would also like to take this opportunity to express our deepest thanks to our dedicated instructors, who offer all our trainees the greatest possible support and ensure the best conditions throughout their training!
“That's an announcement – wow! When you look at the success story of this young man Seyedsajad Mortazavian from Iran, it automatically gives you goosebumps."

It makes our entire company very proud
Accordingly, the country's top trainees – including Seyedsajad, of course – were honored by the DIHK in Berlin this week. The first-class gala event, which featured prominent guests and star moderator Thore Schölermann, also offered a show performance and a great after-show party with a consistently exuberant atmosphere as part of the ceremony.
In addition to DIHK President Peter Adrian, Vice Chancellor and Federal Minister for Economic Affairs Robert Habeck also congratulated the award winners in person – all in all, a thoroughly successful and dignified event!
“That's an announcement – wow! When you look at the success story of this young man Seyedsajad Mortazavian from Iran, it automatically gives you goosebumps. It makes our entire company, Siempelkamp Giesserei GmbH, very proud. This is exactly how successful integration works, we and our team live it every day anew,” says Dirk Howe (Siempelkamp's managing director), who is deeply impressed, describing this success.
